The Costa Blanca is still a huge favourite amongst holiday areas in Spain and for buying property in Spain.

 

As we have mentioned earlier in our website, property prices in recent years have risen ten fold in the Costa Blanca region, however prices are falling and the Costa Blanca in general is cheaper than places such as the Costa del Sol.

 

You can still find excellent bargains for property on the Costa Blanca, Spain.

 

 

The Costa Blanca is a stretch of coast belonging to the province of Alicante, it stretches from Denia in the north to Torrevieja in the south.

 

The Costa Blanca boasts some of Spains best beaches, the tourism trade is still very much healthy on the Costa Blanca and the weather the coast has benefits from on average 300 days of sunshine a year.

 

 

 

 

 

There is lots of things to do for holidays and your spare time, however due to the huge influx of foreigners within the area services could be better, starting a business is the Costa Blanca region can be very rewarding as the area is crying out for new services that you may have in the UK but unfortunately just have not arrived here.

 

Property prices as we have stated are as we feel on the drop, you can pick up some absolute property bargains on the Costa Blanca from 45,000 €, and expensive luxury properties on the Costa Blanca priced up in to the millions.

 

We feel the Costa Blanca has a lot to offer, inland country property, coastal beach properties and residential property - we just wish we moved to Spain a couple of years sooner !!!
