Mortgage in Spain - Obviously many people looking to buy a property in Spain can not afford to buy the property for sale outright, to complete the purchase of the property in question - many future property buyers will need to acquire a mortgage to complete the purchase.

 

 

What can Spanish Country Property do to help ?

 

On properties that we have for sale - we can help and arrange a 70% mortgage to finance your property purchase, however - on certain properties that we do have,

 

 

What you will need for your mortgage

 

In order to get your mortgage you will need to bring with you:

 

  • Your last / most recent P60
  • Three (3) wage slips
  • A valid passport
  • Spanish bank account (If you do not have one, we will be able to assist you in opening one).

Having a mortgage or mortgages in the UK will not affect you in any way in acquiring a Spanish mortgage on a Spanish property, however - in Spain you may only have a mortgage on only one other property.
